Wow the broth here is so flavorful and full of umami! We loved the Satay Beef pho, it was definitely the best one we’ve had for awhile. The bone marrow is super addictive, we gobbled it up in seconds. For the Oxtail pho, it could’ve used more time in the pressure cooker for the meat to tenderize but it was still delicious
